Eligible furniture products are covered by a 10-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal usage.
The warranty does not cover:

Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Damage caused during transportation by third parties
Exposure to extreme weather or moisture
Customer-supplied upholstery materials (COM/COL)
Warranty claims must be supported with proof of purchase and relevant photographs or videos.
